Biography Built on Three Decades of OEM Experience
Senthilkumar Ramadoss began his career in the control valve industry in the mid-1990s, joining Masoneilan — then the global benchmark for severe-service globe valves — as an applications engineer. Over nine years, he developed deep expertise in valve sizing, trim selection, and noise and cavitation analysis across Power, Oil & Gas, and Refinery applications.
His second chapter came at IMI CCI, where he led design and applications work on severe-service valves for HIPPS, turbine bypass, and desuperheating service. Working alongside engineers from Europe and North America, he developed a firsthand understanding of what global OEM quality standards actually demand — not in theory, but on the shop floor and at the drawing board.
