Why I Chose the Path of Emotional Intelligence ?<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

I often smile when I think back to my childhood. Like many children, I loved playing \u201cteacher-teacher.\u201d But mine had a twist. I would line up pillows as my students and, in all my seriousness, \u201cteach\u201d them\u2014sometimes even scolding or hitting them in dramatic imitation of what I had seen.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>But somewhere along the way, something shifted.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

As I continued playing that same game, I\u00a0began to notice\u00a0something within me evolving. I no longer liked the harshness I was mimicking. I\u00a0didn\u2019t\u00a0like how it felt. Deep inside, I wanted my \u201cstudents\u201d to feel safe, heard, and understood. I wanted to be kinder.\u00a0Even as a child, there\u00a0was a quiet awareness growing within me\u2014that how we make others feel matters just as much, if not more, than what we teach them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

That said, I carry immense respect and gratitude for all my teachers. They have played a significant role in shaping who I am today. This journey is not about criticism\u2014it is about evolution.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Years later, life brought me full circle. I became a teacher, working with higher secondary students for over five years. I stepped into the role with passion and purpose, but what I discovered there changed me deeply.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

It\u00a0wasn\u2019t\u00a0just teaching they needed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

They needed empathy.<\/span>
They needed someone who\u00a0wouldn\u2019t\u00a0judge them for their mistakes.<\/span>
They needed to feel seen beyond their marks and performance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

I found myself not just teaching lessons, but holding space\u2014supporting them, guiding them, sometimes even protecting them in ways that went beyond academics. And interestingly, they still excelled in my subject.\u00a0That\u2019s\u00a0when it truly hit me: when a child feels emotionally safe, learning naturally follows.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Around the same time, I noticed something else unfolding in my life. Friends began to\u00a0open up\u00a0to me\u2014sharing their struggles, their emotional battles, even deeply\u00a0personal experiences\u00a0like postpartum depression. I found myself naturally stepping into these conversations, helping them process, navigate, and feel a little lighter.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

And I realized something\u00a0very simple, yet very profound:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This is what brings me joy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Helping people feel better.<\/span>
Helping them understand themselves.<\/span>
Helping them breathe a little easier.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

That\u2019s\u00a0when my path became clear.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Today, through Emotional Intelligence, I aim to create spaces where people can truly be themselves\u2014without fear, without judgment. A space where every emotion is acknowledged, accepted, and understood. Because every emotion is valid. Every feeling deserves to be felt.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This journey is not about fixing people. It is about walking together. Growing together. Evolving with awareness, compassion, and inner peace.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

And in that space, something beautiful happens\u2014<\/span>
