These workshops combine reflective practices with practical frameworks to enhance self-awareness, empathy, communication, and emotional regulation—enabling more thoughtful decision-making and resilient behavior.

Initial Assessment

Participants begin with guided reflection to understand their current emotional patterns, triggers, and responses.

Through simple, structured exercises, they explore:
